Weekly Update
So as some of you may have noticed, I've been barely on this week. I am so sorry for leaving the blogging world for so long. I've recently recovered from being sick and I've been trying to catch up on a mountain of homework (My physics teacher decides to give 30 questions for homework each day). So I've been pretty busy, not to mention there's new boy drama in my life which you probably don't want to hear about, as well as getting ready for my trip to Europe!
But I have some pretty exciting news... I GOT ACCEPTED TO UNIVERSITY! This has been the university that I've wanted to go to for the longest time, and not only did I get accepted into the Science Faculty like I've always wanted, but I've also done early admission, and the university is planning on giving me a $2000 scholarship if I keep my grades up. Sorry that had nothing to do with books, but I really just wanted to share my good news with you all.
Now about books..
Sadly my only post for the week has been.
Review: Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers
Don't worry, now that I'm all caught up on my homework, I will be back to blogging every day, especially since this week me and Angel from Spare Reads are finally starting World After by Susan Ee together :) I'm so excited.

Dark Triumph by Robin LaFevers
Synopsis: When Sybella arrived at the doorstep of St Mortain half mad with grief and despair the convent were only too happy to offer her refuge - but at a price. The sisters of this convent serve Death, and with Sybella naturally skilled in both the arts of death and seduction, she could become one of their most dangerous weapons.
But her assassin's skills are little comfort when the convent returns her to the life that nearly drove her mad. Her father's rage and brutality are terrifying, and her brother's love is equally monstrous. But when Sybella discovers an unexpected ally she discovers that a daughter of Death may find something other than vengeance to live for...
Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi
Synopsis: Juliette hasn’t touched anyone in exactly 264 days.
The last time she did, it was an accident, but The Reestablishment locked her up for murder. No one knows why Juliette’s touch is fatal. As long as she doesn’t hurt anyone else, no one really cares. The world is too busy crumbling to pieces to pay attention to a 17-year-old girl. Diseases are destroying the population, food is hard to find, birds don’t fly anymore, and the clouds are the wrong color.
The Reestablishment said their way was the only way to fix things, so they threw Juliette in a cell. Now so many people are dead that the survivors are whispering war – and The Reestablishment has changed its mind. Maybe Juliette is more than a tortured soul stuffed into a poisonous body. Maybe she’s exactly what they need right now.
Juliette has to make a choice: Be a weapon. Or be a warrior.
