Goodreads Review : When Kaylee Cavanaugh screams, someone dies.
So when teen pop star Eden croaks onstage and Kaylee doesn’t wail, she knows something is dead wrong. She can’t cry for someone who has no soul.
The last thing Kaylee needs right now is to be skipping school, breaking her dad’s ironclad curfew and putting her too-hot-to-be-real boyfriend’s loyalty to the test. But starry-eyed teens are trading their souls: a flickering lifetime of fame and fortune in exchange for eternity in the Netherworld—a consequence they can’t possibly understand.
Kaylee can’t let that happen, even if trying to save their souls means putting her own at risk.
My Rating : 3/5 stars
My Review : This is the second book to Kaylee's adventures. This book starts off with Kaylee and Nash at a concert, where the singer collapses on stage, yet Kaylee doesn't scream. They soon find out that the pop star traded her soul to become famous. Tod finds out his old girlfriend is next on the reaper list, will Tod and the gang be able to save her before the time runs out? This was a great read, but it got kind of boring at some parts, there's no love triangle in this book, just one love interest and it gets kind of boring when there's no hot boys fighting over you.
