May Wrap-Up

Hello everyone. This year I've decided to update you guys with a monthly wrap-up, where I let you know everything that has been happening on Angelic Book Reviews this past month.

What Happened This Month
May started off absolutely amazing. I got my grades back from the April exam period and I got the grades I expected, plus I managed to get 100% on my first scientific paper, which was 13 pages long. I've had lots of time to catch up on my reading and I'm happy to say that my TBR pile is slowly shrinking.
Unfortunately the end of the month turned for the worse. My puppy was diagnosed with lyme disease, fortunately its an early diagnosis so he hasn't had any symptoms and is still healthy, but he'll most likely have lyme for the rest of his life now.
Next month I go back to school to take a month long summer class, and right after me and a few friends are taking a trip across Canada to Montreal. Hopefully the next few months are much better.

Books Reviewed This Month

Air and Ash by Alex Lidell | Rating 4.5/5 stars

Starflight by Melissa Landers | Rating 5/5 stars

Follow Me Back by A.V. Geiger | Rating 5/5 stars

Reading Challenge Progress
So I ended up changing my Goodreads challenge from 40 books to 60, since I've almost completed my goal, why not challenge ourselves even further.

Goodreads Reading Challenge: 45/60 books read
Netgalley & Edelweiss Reading Challenge: 20/25 books read
Audiobook Challenge: 10/10 audiobooks

Did you have a good May?

  1. You've had an awesome reading month! That's great your TBR pile has shrunk! I'm sorry about your dog though! It's a silver lining that he got an early diagnosis. I had no idea that you read Starflight this month; I must not have seen the review on my feed. I seriously need to read that book. The fact that I haven't is a serious problem considering I've really liked all her other books! :D

    Happy June Aneta!
